Quality toy

Great customer service

I received the walker super quickly but as I was assembling it I realized that the sliding door that covers the mirror had an issue. The assembly instructions warn you of over tightening the screws to prevent the wood from splitting but they did exactly that in manufacture. The knob on the door was screwed on too tight causing the wood to split. I was concerned that the wood would continue to split and the knob would come off and pose a choking hazard so I contacted customer service. I was told a replacement would be shipped to me. I didn't get a shipping notice and had to contact customer service again but they very quickly corrected the situation. The replacement part was out of stock so they arranged for the piece to come directly from the manufacturer to my house so that I could get it as quickly as possible. The replacement part arrived about a week sooner than I expected and is in perfect condition. I really appreciate how Tiny Land agreed with my concerns and did everything they could to correct the situation. Overall, I am pleased with the product and working with Tiny Land. I would buy from them again knowing that they have excellent customer service should an issue arise.
